Kitty cat and mouse

This lovely handmade box is circa 1910/1920
and can be used as a sewing box, jewelry box, notes and letters or for anything your heart desires.
It measures 12” long, 10 deep and 10 1/2 “ high with 9 removable posts for accessibility to your threads.
The box is in good antique condition with the exception of a small piece of trim missing by the mouses tale.
It has 2 drawers lined with vintage satin inserts.
A top this box is a very sleepy orange and white kitty with a wee mouse peering at him.
